Overview

KnitRow Pocket helps knitters and crocheters manage projects, row counters, yarn notes, gauge values, and project notes on their device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share project content entered in the App. We use TelemetryDeck for anonymous product analytics.

Data handled by the app

The app does not use accounts, advertising, or third-party tracking. TelemetryDeck receives an anonymized app-specific hashed identifier, product interaction events, and device, app, and run-context metadata for product analytics. Project names, counters, yarn details, gauge values, and notes you enter are not sent as analytics data and remain stored locally on your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your credit card number or other payment credentials. Purchase status is checked using Apple-provided purchase APIs.

Network use

The App does not send project data to our own servers during normal use. It does send anonymous product analytics data to TelemetryDeck. If you contact support by email, the information you send will be used to respond to your request.

For details about TelemetryDeck (provider: TelemetryDeck GmbH), see its Privacy FAQ and Privacy Policy. Based on TelemetryDeck's published materials, it handles an anonymized app-installation identifier, publisher-defined actions, rounded timestamps, device/app metadata, and additional publisher-defined metadata. It states that IP addresses, cookies, tracking technologies, and persistent identifiers traceable to individuals are not stored. The analytics data is not used for advertising, behavioral targeting, or cross-app tracking.
